E-Cat X: resolved the problem of the new material, made the new material, now we can make 
the new E-Cat X.

罗西9月30日发布的最新关于一兆瓦E-CAT和E-CAT X状态，一兆瓦E-CAT运行稳定，有点小泄漏要修补一下。
E-CAT X解决了新材料存在的问题，材料已经制备好，现在可以制作新E-CAT X了。

希望罗西的E-CAT X尽快取得成功。
